Men’s Sheds are about promoting men’s health, in particular social, emotional, and mental health, in a congenial and friendly environment. Woodwork is simply the catalyst for bringing men together.

Currently, Lane Cove Community Men’s Shed is only accepting male members. This may change in the future.

There is always an open invitation to all men, young and old, to drop in, see what goes on, meet the other men, have a chat and enjoy the friendship the Shed offers.

An early member made this sketch and as it captured the comfortable, slightly untidy layout and the casual, friendly atmosphere in the Shed, we adopted it as our logo.
